Practical details

Group courses are held at our yoga studio in Lissewege, Knokke or at the Scharpoord cultural centre.
We like to arrange specific classes for smaller groups.

Prices

€160 for a 10-session card (valid for 3 months)

€90 for a 5-session card (valid for 3 months and for all groups) and

€20 per individual lesson

CORE lessons (Wednesdays) are €90 for 10 sessions and €10 for individual lessons.

The classes are divided into

General courses

Everyone is welcome. These courses go from beginner to intermediate and even advanced level..

Backbending lessons

This course is about relaxing the spine and the shoulders, and strengthening the back muscles. The body gets renewed energy. We work with the arches and headstands.
Advenced level. Every Monday in Lissewege from 6:30 to 7:45 PM.

Back to the core lessons

We use a strip to stabilize the pelvis and lower back, working in the right way to strengthen the abdominal and lower back muscles. This contributes to a better posture with greater stability.
Every Wednesday in Lissewege from 6:45 to 7:15 PM.

Dynamic flow lessons

In this class, different asanas are performed in succession, challenging both mind and body. At the start of the class, several preparatory postures are explained and performed with the help of tools. The asanas can thus be performed in a smooth, powerful and thoughtful way. It is important to keep the focus and concentration in this course, as this will help you to build confidence and get mentally more conscious. The lessons get increasingly more intense so as to put endurance and strength constantly to the test. The emphasis is on breathing during the postures, so you will leave the class feeling powerful.
Level for all. Every Tuesday, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM in Lissewege.
