These courses go from <strong>beginner<\/strong> to <strong>intermediate<\/strong> and even <strong>advanced level.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h4>Backbending lessons<\/h4>\n<p>This course is about relaxing the spine and the shoulders, and strengthening the back muscles. The body gets renewed energy. We work with the arches and headstands.<br \/>\n<strong>Advenced level. Every Monday in Lissewege from 6:30 to 7:45 PM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h4>Back to the core lessons<\/h4>\n<p>We use a strip to stabilize the pelvis and lower back, working in the right way to strengthen the abdominal and lower back muscles. At the start of the class, several preparatory postures are explained and performed with the help of tools. The asanas can thus be performed in a smooth, powerful and thoughtful way. It is important to keep the focus and concentration in this course, as this will help you to build confidence and get mentally more conscious. The lessons get increasingly more intense so as to put endurance and strength constantly to the test. The emphasis is on breathing during the postures, so you will leave the class feeling powerful.<\/br><strong>Level for all.
